Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of sinho.ai and related applications and services (the "Service"), operated by sinho ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. What the Service is — and is not
The Service provides market data, charts, and algorithmically generated signals for cryptocurrency markets. Everything in the Service is informational. Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and no signal is a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Markets are risky; digital-asset markets especially so. Past patterns do not predict future results. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes.
2. Accounts
- You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction (and at least 18) to use the Service.
- Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- One account per person. Verified email is required for paid subscriptions.
3. Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans, prices, and billing intervals (monthly or annual) are shown at the time of purchase, in USD or KRW. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. For KRW subscriptions we send a renewal notice approximately 7 days before each automatic charge.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. You keep full access until then. Payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
- Plan upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge for the remainder of the current period; downgrades and annual-to-monthly changes take effect at the end of the current period.
- If a renewal payment fails after retries, the subscription is cancelled and access continues only through the period already paid.
4. Acceptable use
- No sharing, reselling, or redistributing the Service's data or signals.
- No scraping, automated bulk extraction, reverse engineering, or interfering with the Service's operation or security.
- No use of the Service for unlawful activity.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, data presentations, and signals, is our property or licensed to us. Your subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; it transfers no ownership.
6. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep the Service fast and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Market-data sources may fail or be delayed. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features; if we materially reduce a paid plan mid-period, existing subscribers keep their purchased terms for the period already paid.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including under the laws of the Republic of Korea.
8. Termination
You may cancel at any time (effective at period end, per Section 3). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms; where reasonable, paid access already purchased is honored through the period end.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the Service or by email with reasonable notice; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. Questions: daniel@sinho.ai.
